Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All Cups By Kelly tumblers are handmade. Please allow 10 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If your order will take longer than the estimated processing time, we’ll contact you with the updated ship date and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

Standard U.S. shipping is $8.95. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

After processing, standard shipping normally takes approximately 3–5 business days. Processing and shipping times are separate, so most orders should arrive within approximately 13-15 business days after purchase.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact Cups By Kelly as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. An address cannot be changed after an order has shipped.

DELAYS OR DAMAGE

Carrier delays may occur and are outside the control of Cups By Kelly. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
